All of our hardware ships via FedEx on a 2-day service at NO charge! * (Please see below for exceptions.  Submission of an order is implicit acceptance of the terms described here.)

Shipping charges will apply for any hardware order shipped overnight or for weekend delivery. Shipping charges will apply to printer consumables such as printheads, ribbons, and labels--these will ship via FedEx or UPS ground service, charges will be added to your total after the product has shipped. Non-physical product such as contracts or software licenses may take more than 2 days to process.

If inventory shows "0" or "Call", the product may not be immediately available--please email or call us for a lead time.  If a product is backordered, we will notify you and provide an ETA as soon as one is available.  VisionScan is not responsible for expedited shipping due to delays in product availability.

All orders submitted before 3pm PST (6pm EST) are guaranteed to ship same day, for delivery two business days later (guaranteed for hardware only).  NOTE: Some product may be able to ship as late as 5pm PST (8pm EST)--please call if you have a late order you need to get out same-day.  Tracking information is usually available the following morning--if you would like it emailed or faxed, please mention it in the notes on your order. We are not responsbile for delays in shipping by FedEx or UPS due to weather, carrier error, or other extreme circumstances. For shipments to Canada, delivery may be delayed 2-3 days for processing by customs.

If the submitted contact, billing, or shipping address information is inaccurate, your order may be delayed.  As our policy requires the shipping address to match the billing address for the credit card provided, shipments may be delayed if the submitted address does not match.

We accept FedEx account numbers for most shipments, simply add the account # to the notes on your order. If you would like to ship using a UPS account number, you may call first to verify that your desired product is available to ship with this carrier. We do not ship using USPS Mail for any product, nor can we deliver to PO boxes due to federal restrictions. A valid email must be supplied for any electronically delivered product such as service contracts or licenses.

If product is damaged by the carrier, please notify us and we will arrange for a return label and replacement.  VisionScan is not responsible for overnight replacement for damaged or defective items.

* For orders shipped within the continental United States ONLY.  This promotion does not apply to ARGOX printers.  Overweight and/or oversized product may not be eligible--we will contact you immediately if your desired product(s) fall in this category.  Shipping rates will vary to HI, US Virgin Islands, or Canada (Canadian customers will be liable for any customs or duty taxes incurred from international shipments). Because of weight restrictions, some heavier product may only be available to ship via truck. Please call or email us for a shipping estimate.
